Google Pagerank Update – July 26 – 27th 2008

I have an automatic Google Pagerank checker on my Firefox toolbar and saw that my blog was updated to a Pagerank of 3. Horray! Another +1 to the site.

Randomly selected blog posts suggest that this may be an internet wide update:

Some people had a positive result:

    Hi, all!

Our homepage stayed at 4. Inner pages went from 1 to 2 and our backlink checker went from 2 to 3. Was hoping for our homepage to go to 5, but it’s no big problem really, as our focus is of course the serps, traffic and conversions.

I’m still having that hangover with my PR3 which I did it in 3 months as I was really expecting it at all. So congrats to you too for your new PR.Yan

I stayed at 3 but that is what I expected.  I should knock on wood of course because I don’t know 100% for sure it is completed.

I do not know if Google updates the pagerank, but I already has over 1 years with a PR4, every time Google does not put it more difficult to attract visitors to our site, Google wants all the web traffic for them, is not just be left to compete and I am trying to get by with Google Adsense.Pero really earn a pittance if you have it 5 to attract more visitors.

    Greetings.
