S.E.O Tip To Ponder

When you think of the term “S.E.O.”, almost everyone knows it means “Search Engine Optimization” and is a technique used to gain a good ranking on Google (Usually aiming for #1). Here’s what I was pondering today:

If you rank second or third for the search term “S.E.O.” – wouldn’t you be losing major sales off of your clients because there is somebody out there that has a better technique than you?

Let me know what you think about that. I’m curious as to what my readers have to say.

Being 2nd or 3rd would be nice. I am sitting at PR 4 right now.
Admittedly I definitely know that  there are others out there with much better techniques that I have. LOL
I think we all need to work on pageviews (mine really sucks) and getting more people to subscribe in readers.
As for creating backlink, outbound links etc One needs to consider who they are linking to and why.
Of course the more links you can get the better. Or am I wrong in thinking that way?

I had to go back and reread that again.
Are you aware that Page Rank has absolutely nothing to do with the amount of visits or readers or comments one gets.
I guess what I am inferring is that Pagerank is climbing. We both know that.
I also know that you have many more readers, visitors and comments than I do.
    So my question then is
Who is making more money? You or me?
I would guess you. Simply cause of the amount of traffic you are getting
Course I have been wrong before LOL

A lot of factors are taken account into SERP. IMO they are PR, backlink, site age and domain name. By domain name I mean how well it’s composed of targeted keywords.

Definitely you will lose if you don’t do a better SEO, In my opinion For the first Three months we have to keep our efforts by Submitting the site to to Directories, Posting comments on blogs, Social book marking. This way you improve more traffic to a site.
