Simple Template = Maximized Reading

Book and GlassesI’ve updated my “Not So Fresh” WordPress Template to this simple Grey and White one for one reason. Maximum Readership.

By doing this, I can be sure that no one will caught by my flashy banner, interesting navigational bar, useless search box function that no one really uses or other things so that people can just look at the different “Red” text title. Its really quite a simple concept and could help your blog out a lot!

Less is more. Simple and straightforward. Complex and Hard to follow. No one wants to spend 20 seconds of their time getting by adsense, headers, navbars, etc. They come to your blog to read articles.

I like the design because its minimalist and it is called Dayvan. If you are interested this theme and want to focus your content more than anything else, I highly recommend it. The link can be found here!

Merry Christmas!!

Hey Brad – I love the idea you’re going for here, but I’d recommend dumping the Alexa widget to be honest. Following your train of thought; besides you, who is going to find it useful?

And you should offer email subscriptions as well. :)

    Good luck with the blog!

It’s almost been a year now and just a thought. Maybe you want to slim the categories a little. There’s a category with only 2 posts and IMO more than one category can be mashed into one like SEO and more traffic. SEO is for more traffic, don’t you think so?
